Spa Etiquette-FAQ
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are recommended in advance and secured with your credit card or gift certificate.
MAY I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?:
All treatments you select are reserved especially for you. All cancellation and/or changes require a 24 hour notice. Guests who do not honor their appointments will be charged as follows:
Less then 24 hrs notice 50% of services booked
Failure to show 100% of services booked
PROMPTNESS:
If you are a new guest, please check in 10-15 min prior to your appointment as they are charts we will have for you to fill out and customizing scents for you to choose from for body and facial experiences. Late arrival will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa experience as your service must still end on time to ensure our next guest is not delayed.
ATTIRE:
You will be provided with spa wraps, and single use undergarments, and robe as required. You will be carefully draped by the therapists during services. You may wear your bathing suit during body treatments if desired.
CELL PHONES:
In consideration of all we ask that all cell phones are turned off please.
CHILDREN:
For safety reasons and to ensure the relaxation of our guests we do not offer treatments for persons accompanied by a child or children.
GROUP GRATUITIES:
For your convenience a 15% gratuity will be added to all services of two or more persons.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac and Cash. Cheques are not accepted.
